Noise and Additional Guests

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, Epsom Motel maintains a strict No Party policy.

  • Only registered guests are permitted in rooms after 9.00pm
  • No visitors are allowed on the premises between 9.00pm and 9.00am
  • Violations may result in eviction and additional cleaning or damage fees

Pet Policy

Small pets are welcome at Epsom Motel. A nightly fee of NZD 35 per pet applies. Please notify us in advance if you are travelling with a pet so we can allocate an appropriate room.

Additional Information

  • All rooms are strictly non‑smoking. Smoking is permitted only outside the units.
  • All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars per night and include 15 percent GST.
  • During peak periods and major Auckland events, minimum night stays, peak season rates, and special cancellation conditions may apply.
