Office Hours

Our office operates daily, with reduced hours on all New Zealand public holidays. If you expect to arrive on a public holiday, please contact us in advance so we can arrange your check‑in.

All rooms are serviced daily, except on public holidays.

Check In and Check Out

Check in: 1.00pm to 8.00pm Check out: 7.30am to 10.00am

If you expect to arrive outside these times, please contact us prior to your arrival so we can make suitable arrangements.

Please inform Epsom Motel of your expected arrival time when booking. You can use the Special Requests box or contact us directly using the details provided in your booking confirmation.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A valid photo ID or proof of guardianship may be requested at check in.

A valid credit card and photo ID are required upon arrival.

Noise and Additional Guests

Epsom Motel maintains a strict No Party policy at all times to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Only registered guests are permitted in rooms after 9.00pm. No visitors are allowed on the premises between 9.00pm and 9.00am.

Any breach of these policies may result in eviction and additional cleaning or damage fees if required.

Pets

Pets are welcome at Epsom Motel. A nightly pet fee applies. Please notify us in advance if you are travelling with a pet so we can allocate an appropriate room.

Additional Information

All rooms are strictly non‑smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars per night and include 15 percent GST.

During peak periods and major Auckland events, minimum night stays, peak season rates, and special cancellation conditions may apply.
