Epsom Motel offers comfortable, modern accommodation in the heart of Greenlane and Epsom. Our rooms combine the charm of a classic Kiwi motel with updated furnishings, quality bedding, and practical amenities. All rooms are serviced daily and include everything you need for a relaxing stay, including free WiFi, a SMART TV with Sky Decoder, and essential in‑room facilities.

Booking Information
If you require dates beyond what is shown in the online booking calendar, or if you need assistance with room types, please contact us directly by phone or through the enquiry form on our Contact Us page.
All rates are based on one or two guests using one bed. Extra beds cost NZD 20.00 per guest per night. If you book a studio and require an additional bed, please note this on your booking form.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pets are welcome at Epsom Motel. A nightly pet fee applies. Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with a pet so we can allocate an appropriate room.

Upstairs Studio (Rooms 20, 21, 22, 23)
Suitable for up to 2 guests. Includes a queen bed, work desk, microwave, refrigerator, and tea and coffee facilities. Located on the second floor at the back of the motel overlooking the courtyard. SMART TV with Sky Select Decoder.
Courtyard Studio (Rooms 16, 17, 18, 19)
Suitable for up to 2 guests. Includes a queen bed, work desk, microwave, refrigerator, and tea and coffee facilities. Located on the first floor at the back of the motel with a private backyard. SMART TV with Sky Select Decoder.
Two Bedroom Suite (Rooms 6, 9, 10, 11)
Suitable for up to 5 guests. Includes two bedrooms, a full kitchen, one queen bed, two single beds, and one sofa bed. SMART TV with Sky Select Decoder in the lounge and an additional SMART TV in the bedroom. Located on the first floor at the back of the motel with courtyard or balcony views.
Deluxe One Bedroom (Rooms 12, 13, 14, 15)
Suitable for up to 3 guests. Includes a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge with a dining table. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and tea and coffee facilities. SMART TV with Sky Select Decoder. Located on the first floor at the back of the motel.
One Bedroom Suite (Rooms 3, 4, 5)
Suitable for up to 3 guests. Includes a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge with a dining table. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and tea and coffee facilities. SMART TV with Sky Select Decoder. Located at the front of the motel on the first floor overlooking the car park and Alexandra Park.
Queen Studio (Rooms 1, 2, 7, 8)
Suitable for up to 2 guests. Includes a queen bed, kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, and a work desk or dining table. Located on the ground and first floors at the front of the motel overlooking the car park and Alexandra Park. SMART TV with Sky Select Decoder.
Booking Conditions
Check in: 1pm to 8pm Check out: By 10am on the day of departure (Arrangements outside these hours can be made by request.)
Booking Policy
All bookings are confirmed once payment or credit card details have been received. Please phone or email your details to the motel. Full payment is required at check in.
Extra Charges
The base room rate covers 2 guests. Any additional adult, child, or pet is charged NZD 35 per night.
Deposit Policy
We do not take deposits. However, if any items are missing, damaged, or require repair after your stay, charges will be applied based on actual costs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before arrival. Cancellations received after this time will incur a charge equal to one night’s accommodation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
