Also, note that all rates quoted are for either one or two guests using one bed. Extra beds cost $20.00 per guest per bed per night. If you book a studio where there is usually one bed set up and there is a provision for an extra bed to be set up, please specify on your booking form if you do need the extra bed. This will cost an extra $20.00 per night. 

Our Booking policy does not allow anyone under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent.

Courtyard Studio (Room # 16, 17,18,19)

Suitable for up to 2 Guests.

Includes: Queen bed, Work desk, Microwave, Refrigerator, and Tea/Coffee facilities. Quiet Location at the back of the motel on the first floor with private backyard. SKY SELECT DECODER with SMART TV.

Two Bedroom Suite (Room # 6, 9,10,11)

Suitable for 5 Guests

Includes: 2 bedrooms with full kitchen, 1 Queen bed, 2 single beds, and 1 Sofa bed. SMART TV in lounge with SKY SELECT DECODER, and SMART TV in bedroom. Quiet Location at the back of the Motel on the first floor with Courtyard View / Balcony.

Deluxe One Bedroom (Room # 12, 13, 14, 15)

Suitable for up to 3 Guests.

Includes: Queen bed in bedroom and 1 sofa bed in lounge with a Dining Table. Kitchen with Microwave, Refrigerator, and Tea/Coffee facilities. SMART TV in lounge with SKY SELECT DECODER. Quiet Location at the back of the motel on the first floor.  

One Bedroom Suite (Room # 3, 4, 5)

Suitable for up to 3 Guests

Includes: Queen bed in bedroom and 1 sofa bed in lounge with a Dining Table. Kitchen with Microwave, Refrigerator, and Tea/Coffee facilities. SMART TV in lounge with SKY SELECT DECODER. Located in the front of the Motel on the first floor overlooking the car-park and Alexandra Park.

Queen Studio (Room # 1, 2, 7, 8)

Suitable for up to 2 Guests.

Includes: Queen Bed. Kitchen with Microwave, Refrigerator, and Tea/Coffee facilities. Work Desk or Dining Table. Located in the front of the Motel on the ground floor and the first floor overlooking the car-park and Alexandra Park. SKY SELECT DECODER with SMART TV. .

Booking Conditions

CHECK IN – 2pm – 7pm
CHECK OUT – By 10am on the morning of departure
(arrangements can be made outside of these hours)

Booking Policy
All accommodation will only be confirmed after payment / credit card details have been received. Please phone or fax these through to the Motel. Upon receipt of your credit card number and expiry, we will email you the confirmation. All accommodation is to be paid in full at check in.

Extra Charges

The base room rate is for 2 Guests. Any Extra Adult, Child, and/or Pet pays extra NZD 35 Per Night

Deposit Policy

We do not take any deposits. However if there is anything found missing, broken, or spoilt after you leave, we will bill you for the repair and maintenance charges on actuals.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to arrival date. All cancellations to be advised in writing and those not advised by this time will have 1 night accommodation debited.
