All rooms are serviced daily, except on all Public Holidays.
Check In/Check Out:
Check in is between One PM and Eight Thirty PM Daily. Check out is between Seven Thirty AM and Ten AM.
Please inform Epsom Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in.
Noise /Additional Guests:
Please note that this property has a strict ‘No Party’ policy at all times. Only registered guests are permitted in the apartments after 21:00, and no visitors are allowed on the premises between 21:00 and 09:00. Any violation of these policies may result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged if necessary.
Pets cannot be accommodated at this property.
Please note that all rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside the units.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars on a per night basis and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
During peak periods and/or for major events a minimum night stay, “peak season rates” and special cancellation conditions may apply.
